Shipping & Return Policy
What are your shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate fee of $17 for orders under $100 and Free Shipping for orders over $100 (Canada only). USA customers will have shipping costs generated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Canadian Orders
We use Canada Post Expedited Shipping. Vancouver and surrounding cities takes 1 – 2 business days and anywhere else is Canada takes 2 – 8 business days for delivery. All orders take 1-2 business days to process. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
USA Orders
FedEx or DHL can take anywhere from 2 – 10 business days.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and subject to change based on courier delivery delays, order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond Montego Brown Hair Care’s control.

What is your refund policy?
Our commitment to your satisfaction is our priority and that’s why we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. Here's how our guarantee works: You're entitled to one return per household per year. If you're not entirely satisfied with our porducts, we offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (excluding shipping fees and 7% handling fee). Upon approval, we'll provide a return label with the necessary details. However, if you've received an incorrect or defective item, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Please note, sale items and our GLOW Hair & Scalp Oil are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
We have full faith in the effiectiveness of our natural hair care products, so if they don't meet your expectations, reach out to us anytime during the 14-day window for assistance. Everyone is different so while most customers see improvement in their hair quality in 1-2 washes, it might take longer for others. Don’t hesitate to contanct us as we are a team of hair stylists and beauty professionals that are here to guide you on your hair care journey, We can offer you insights and suggestions to optimize product benefits.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by email notifications, or by contacting us.
I made a mistake placing my order. How do I cancel it?
Please call us or email us with your order number immediately at info@montegobrown.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, the order will be cancelled successfully and you can then place a new order. In the event that you attempt to cancel your order in an untimely manner, (you contact us too late to cancel the order or if we have already processed and shipped the order), you will have to wait to receive your package and then send it back to us. Your shipped order and/or refusal of delivery upon arrival will hold you liable for shipping fees both ways—to your address and return shipping back to our warehouse.
Please note: This policy applies to all orders including orders that were shipped with complementary free or promotional free shipping.
